Terms of Service
By using Ingrediently you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Service provided “as is”
Ingrediently is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We aim to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
AI suggestions may be incorrect
Recipe matches, ingredient detection and other AI-generated suggestions are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. They are guidance only, not professional advice.
Food safety is your responsibility
You must always verify food safety yourself — including expiry dates, allergens, storage and preparation. Do not rely on Ingrediently to determine whether food is safe to eat. When in doubt, throw it out.
No responsibility for health decisions
Ingrediently is not responsible or liable for any health, dietary or purchasing decisions you make based on AI suggestions or any content in the app. Consult a qualified professional for medical or dietary advice.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access, and no uploading of harmful or infringing content.
Intellectual property
Ingrediently, its design, content and software are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the content you create (e.g. your pantry and lists); you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ingrediently and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profit or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be reflected here. Questions? Email apps@northwesternliving.com.
